The purchasing process was smooth and efficient. The dealership offered competitive pricing and provided me with all the necessary information regarding financing options and warranties. The paperwork was handled promptly, and I felt confident in the transparency of the transaction.
I can't recommend enough the Spire team, it was a pleasure to do business with them. The car was in pristine condition, even the key fobs were changed without charge as 'they looked worn', how amazing is that, even JLR don't do that :-).

Nothing too much trouble
The car was just as described on autotrader we travelled up from Salisbury to see the car and we were not disappointed
We were dealt with great respect allowed to drive the car and no pressure to buy so glad we made the journey
We arranged to buy the car and showan said he would get a health check done and if anything came up he would fix it a couple of small things came up and all put right we would never have noticed
We were worried about how we would get the car back home but showan said we will deliver it for you and it has just arrived now we are so pleased and so glad we came up to London to see this car it is in first class condition and what a great company to deal with

I have purchased a Mercedes Benz from Spire cars five weeks ago. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. I had a great experience with them so far, there is nothing negative to say about them. I am very satisfied with my purchase and they have assured me if there are any issues with the car within 6 months, they will resolve them which shows how customer-focused they are and how much they value their customers. I have found a couple of minor things after purchasing this car but all the minor things were resolved by Spire cars straight away (no problem at all). Also, I want to add one more thing here, I had no time to pick the car and I asked Spire car if they can deliver it to my home and Ferman kindly agreed to deliver it so that was very nice of him. So, my overall experience with Spire cars has been great and I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend them.
